冷拉型鋼在冷拔之前,應(yīng)該要設(shè)置擋板進(jìn)行防護(hù),如果沒有準(zhǔn)備擋板也應(yīng)該讓卷揚(yáng)機(jī)和冷拉方向保持90度,并且要使用封閉式的導(dǎo)向滑輪。在操作的時(shí)候,工作人員必須站在防護(hù)擋板的后方,防止冷拉時(shí)產(chǎn)生的碎屑蹦出。另外還要對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行全面的檢查,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)滑動(dòng)或者是其他異常問題的時(shí)候,先停止機(jī)器的操作,放開鋼筋之后才能讓專業(yè)的人員進(jìn)去檢查,避免事故的發(fā)生。
